How to make your drop hit harder and bouncy!

Making a drop can be stressful when the drop comes and it doesn't feel like there's any groove. The drop is one of the best parts of a song and what a lot of people love! There are many different ways to make a drop feel great so in this blog post I will show you some ways to make your tracks hit harder on the drops! Here are 3 ways you can improve your drops:

The first way is using your bass. Make the bass have a different rhythm than the chords and melody.

The second way to make your drop hit harder is stacking layers in the lead where the frequencies are filled in from the high to the low but not where it sounds muddy. The kick and bass fill in the low end mostly.

The third way to make your drop hit hard is add effects and fills. Whenever you feel there is emptiness is a certain part of the track add a drum fill or a reverse. Adding fills to a track adds variety.

I also have used this plugin for Psytrance, The bass presets are a go to. Price: $189 USD 2. Serum Serum is a great plugin and has a great option to choose for affordance. This plugin is much more visual, unique and modern. Supersaws sound more modern for this era. Leads are loud and are nice for pop, edm and subgenres of edm. Make Melodies the fastest in 3 ways!

Making melodies for your songs, beats are hard and everyone struggles with it! I will show you some of the best ways to make melodies if you can't come up with anything! The first way is having your melody be in the key of your chords like the photo below: The second way to come up with a melody would be coming up with a rhythm in 1 line and then make a melody out of it. Here is a example: The third way to come up with a melody is listening to a song you like and copy the rhythm of the lead/melody. Then make a melody by moving the notes to different notes by keeping the rhythm the same. Something like this(Used from method 2.You just drag the notes to your liking):
